Wonderful stay, staff was friendly, extremely helpful. Location was awesome. Great little coffee shop across the street shopping right next-door. Quick little drive or walk to a bunch of touristy shops. Extremely close to Mount Rushmore. For the price it was amazing.

The staff was very friendly. Even though we saw lots of kids, the evenings were quiet. The building is a little outdated, but we didn't have any issues.

Liked the room size & location of the room, easy to come & go. The location of the hotel is great! & we loved the town of Keystone. It was easy to go everywhere we had planned. The Ice cream & truffle shop was a nightly stop & we enjoyed Ruby’s bar & restaurant…great food!! Didn’t seem to be too many choices for restaurants except Ruby’s, which was wonderful food & choices. When travelling you don’t always want a pizza/burger shop. Shopping was really good….lots of stores!! There is also a fantastic chainsaw carver, with many unique pieces to choose from.

Hotel had a rustic feel, but maybe a little dark. Rooms were clean, but one of our exterior doors wouldn't lock. Pool was the best out of all the hotels on our trip.
