Great stay

I think it was just fine for the cost. Nice location, easy to walk to a lot of stuff. You can see Mount Rushmore from the room which is cool. It was clean and easy check-in and check out

South Dakota Vacation

The location was perfect for the places we chose to visit. Centrally located and easy access to freeways and roads to get there. We went to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Custer, Hill City, Spearfish, Lead, Deadwood, Rapid City.

This hotel is on the old side. Its toilet is round and really small, the bed was too hard for me and it was very limited on the tv channels. It was just okay.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I asked typical tourist questions about what to see and where to eat and the staff gave great recommendations. The coffee from the machine in the lobby is surprisingly good as well!

Outdated but comfortable

As many reviews have mentioned, this is an older motel. The furniture and decor are outdated. But it was comfortable and had a good price point. The receptionist was fabulous.

Staff was very friendly and offered recommendations of the area. The hotel is dated but was clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. It was close to downtown Keystone and had a nice view of Mt. Rushmore. We would stay there again.

Staff was super helpful. We had a dead battery and she went home to get jumper cables for us to get our battery going, which we really appreciated. Wonderful service. We highly recommend this hotel.
