The hotel was nice and it was great to have access to keystone! 4 stars because it was an incredibly long walk to get anywhere and someone kept letting their dog poop right outside our patio door (in the dog friendly portion) so we couldn’t even really sit/walk out there it was a lot lol. I imagine the elevator could take a long time during peak seasons

I'm beyond happy to give this resort a five-star rating. The staff was absolutely amazing - professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to help me and made sure everything was perfectly prepared before I asked the biggest question of my life to my future wife. Their attention to detail and support made the moment unforgettable. The room was spotless, very comfortable and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Always fun to stay at the Lodge. Rooms are always lovely. Food is always good. Love the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The outside pool temp was too cold for the guests :( Surprised there is no longer valet parking. Not enough business I guess.

Rooms are outdated. Slow drain in the bathroom sink. Key stopped working twice during our 2 night stay and counter staff was rude about replacing them. Relatively inexpensive for the area so I guess you get what you pay for.
