We had a wonderful time and stay. The staff was very friendly, though most didn't speak English. The rooms were clean and came with complimentary water, chocolates, and nuts, which was a nice touch that was appreciated. They do room service every day, which is a rarity. We didn't try out the breakfast, but something they don't tell you is that the location doesn't have 3 restaurants. They are all chain-owned by the same business, so they share each other's restaurants. The Starbucks is at the hotel next door, which is a bit of a walk . One other thing is parking. They don't tell you that it's in the back, and you need your room key to open it the gate. Oh, and I know it's Key West, but they have roosters all over the property, so if you are a light sleeper, they will wake you up at 6 am. This isn't the hotel's fault bc they have notices that say that quiet hrs are 11 pm- 7 am daily, but the last night we were there, we had some drunk Karens outside smoking cigarettes and being obnoxious. Overall, we had a great time, and we will be coming back.

The beds were very comfortable. There were enough pillows of all different hardness levels. The food was nicely prepared. The only thing that was inconsistent was the time of housekeeping. You never knew when they were going to show up. We were usually out of our room most of the day, and would return to shower and get ready to go out for the evening. Sometimes the room would not be made up by 5, other times it would be cleaned while we were at breakfast.

The furniture was chipped scratched an weathered, looks like it was water damaged. Ear plugs left as it was on the main street into Key West, sirens all night an rooster in the morning. Buffet breakfast old moldy smelling bread. With a toaster that did not work after four tries. Room had water damage in the bathroom. You could see they replaced an repainted, poorly repaired. Have photos. Overall very rerun down property, Not what one would expect from Hilton.

We are locals having to stay at a hotel while our house was being fumigated for termites. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating our late check out needs and got us the best price possible. Really nice room with big dig walking area right outside with nice grass. Everything was conveniently located for our needs.
