Smathers Beach is just down the road, and all the restaurants, bars, and cafés of Duval St. and the historic district are an easy two-mile drive or bike ride away. Onsite amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, and tennis court.

At the condo itself, start the day on your waterfront balcony, enjoying your coffee with a side of sea breeze. The double set of patio doors lets tons of natural light inside, which features plenty of space to spread out and lots of colorful art and area rugs. The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and there’s room for the whole group to eat together at the large dining room table. Head out to explore or work on your tan at the pool, returning home to relax in the central AC. Stream the latest show on the oversized sectional or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Step out for dinner at a local restaurant or keep it simple on one of the complex’s shared grills. Call it a night in one of two comfortable bedrooms, but not before one last toast on your balcony to booking the perfect Key West escape.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
