Waterfront Condo with Boat; Great for Families, Fishing, Diving and Cruising!
Large 2 bedroom unit with cable, wifi. There is a barbecue and eating area on the large screened porch that overlooks the water. The unit can be combined with a 1 bedroom unit, next door, for larger groups. There is a Queen bed in the Master Bedroom and a set of twins in the second bedroom. Washer and dryer are in the unit. The kitchen is complete for all of your cooking needs as well as linens. The boat is just below your unit and is a 23 ft.Mako, center console, with a 200 HP Yamaha 4 stroke engine that was installed in 2019. The boat is equipped with GPS, VHF and all Coast Guard required equipment.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
