(Totaling 2 homes, 6 rooms, 4 baths). Plenty of parking (10 spaces) and one trailer per home. Canal opens to Ocean & Bay via Vaca Cut. On the Island you have 4 restaurants, Marina, Golf, Park and Sunset Beach to watch the sunset.

321 10th Key Colony Beach

This Duplex was ideal for for our family get together. Both apartments exceeded our expectations. Our Property Manager was very helpful and checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Just a couple of maintenance issues - the AC randomly squeals so may need service, we vacuumed the intake that was packed with dust and significantly improved the main air flow. The split in the front room worked beautifully.- the dryer vent duct was so packed with lint we couldn't reseat the screen after drying our first load. we removed as much as we could reach and it was a lot.
