Everything was great, we enjoyed our week. Fishing wasn't as great as past years but the weather was warm and we loved the accommodations. The set up from the master bedroom into the guest room was weird but it worked out. The only thing was not enough supplies like dish pods and bath tissue. But luckily i brought extra because I've run into this on prior trips. Katie was great, when called about the microwave not working she sent someone right out. She kept in touch and wanted to make sure our stay was great.

Perfect Location

We had so much fun and couldn’t get over what a great location this was. The key is great for getting around by foot/bike etc and the boating and fishing from the dock cannot be beat. We had everything we needed and the host was kind and easy to reach for any question.

Turtle house

Place was beautiful, updated, clean, and had everything you could possibly need. Grill, bicycles, snorkeling gear, kayaks, air fryer, outdoor freezer and fridge, fish cleaning table, wash/dryer, and more! Everything about the decor was Keys style, tastefully done. Couldn’t have been happier.

Great location , wonderful property and great boating canal with dock saw fish, stingrays and manatees. Membership to the pool facility a big plus.Our second time at KCB hope to have a 3rd visit in the future.

We had a nice stay in KCB. The location was good. Close to everything. The house was clean and comfortable but could have used a few essentials such as trash bags and dish washer soap. We rented bikes but found out when we arrived that 2 bikes were provided.

Annual Keys Getaway

We had a fabulous week at the Keys Turtle House. The location was great – on a canal, but no units looking right back at us. We sat on the covered patio every morning and most evenings. The home itself was comfortable, and we enjoyed having a full kitchen. It was the perfect spot for our annual girls trip to the keys!

Great Time

My wife and I came down for the week and fished a couple of days with Capt. Stan Miles from Key West My daughter caught a big Sailfish and is being written up in the Key West newspaper . The property is in the perfect location on the widest canal in Key Colony beach and over looking the Sadowski Cswy ,provides a little action . Boat dock is excellent no problem in and out . Bait freezer is ice cold.I would defiantly recommend this place.

Key Colony Stay

Katie was really good and super communicative. We had no issues. The key colony beach area is really nice and the cabana club has great pool and beach area. Lots of warm and friendly people. Definitely coming back for a longer stay next time thanks.

Nice stay!

We had a very nice stay. The house had everything we needed. The layout of the bedrooms was awkward with guests but that was advertised and not a surprise. We made the best of it! The covered patio was great for relaxing. We made use of the dock with a rental.
