Great spacious condo! Property manager was very helpful. The grounds were kept excellently maintained. The condo had everything we needed. The only down side was no HD cable service in the master bedroom, just in the main living room.

Incredible view, amazing location, spotless facilities

The location is extremely calm, relaxing, and full of opportunities for adventures nearby. The condo itself has been well taken care of as many of the furniture you can tell have been part of the home for many years but still in pristine shape, there are plenty of beach items and toys for kids and even some fishing rods for adults you just need the line. The ocean view is hard to beat being able to see the lighthouse from afar, and cruise ships leave key west on weekends. I only have one mention for the owners, the bathrooms faucets for the showers and sink are a little loose and need some tightening.

Quiet and relaxing

This was a great place to come back to after our days visiting the Florida Keys. There was some concrete work going on in the complex where the unit is but nothing that was too loud or bothered us at all. The location was quiet and peaceful and located about in the middle of the keys, making it ideal to go either north or south to see what was around.

This was the best place for my mother who needs a walker and my husband with terminal cancer. The views are amazing! It has an elevator for easy access. A huge balcony to soak in the ocean! Fishing from the pier and the pool area and hot tub was perfect! No need to go to a beach when you have one right there on the property

Fun in the sun!

The condo unit was beautiful and looked over the water. We were able to watch the beautiful sunsets every night. Marathon was central to many activities. We did a clear kayak tour, rented jet skis, went snorkeling on Sombrero reef, visited the outdoor aquarium and turtle hospital. There were lots of wonderful restaurants and we took a day trip to Key West. Lots of swimming at the beach and pool. The only complaint was the construction on site but the management was very responsive to our questions.

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location

The apartment is large, well equipped and in a beautiful location. The beds are extremely comfortable and the location peaceful. We spent a longtime looking for accommodation away from road noise and this place was perfect. We loved spending time in the pool which was a perfect temperature and was never busy. The other guests and residents that we met were all very friendly. The balcony was large and has the most amazing view- we loved eating our evening meal out there and watching the sunset. We enjoyed trips out to local aquariums, turtle hospital and to nearby towns- Marathon is a perfect central location to explore the Keys. We took our kids out fishing for their first time on the Marathon Lady and managed to catch our dinner. We then practiced our skills off the pier back at the accommodation and managed to catch breakfast too! What an amazing place to stay, we couldn’t recommend it more.

Had a great time vacationing at this property. Questions with the owner were answered quickly and friendly. Perfect view of the water, and loved having a fishing dock as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Best place ever!

We absolutely loved this rental! It was the perfect place for a family to stay for a quiet vacation! It was in a clean safe area. We hardly saw anyone else the entire time we were there, it was like having a private beach, private dock, and a private pool. My son fished off of the dock for hours every evening. He caught tons of different fish. We also saw manatees a few different times right at the dock. Overall it was the perfect place for our vacation! We will definitely be staying again!

Our condo was very dirty, the property was okay.

Our condo, #13 was very dirty when we arrived. The first time we tried to use the washer it leaked all over the floor and the dryer would not work at all. It took from Saturday to Wednesday for them to get fixed. The location of the property was great.
