You’ll enjoy views of Bald Mountain and plenty of natural sunlight. 0.6 miles from the center of downtown Ketchum so you’re within easy walking distance of local restaurants and main street.

This private mountain retreat offers close proximity to our local bike path, winter skiing and Sun Valley Resort. In the winter, the bike path becomes one of our local Nordic trails and also provides quick access to the ski lifts at the base of River Run on Bald Mountain.

Townhome has a fully stocked kitchen with dining room table, private hot tub, heated 2 car garage & radiant heated floors throughout the condo.
