the staff was friendly and very helpful as it was pouring rain when we arrived and I was traveling with an 84 year old - they had us set for the 2nd floor and the rep moved us to the 1st floor which made things a lot easier for me -- the breakfast was clean and nice - hot coffee and you can make your own waffles - room needed a little TLC but I am hoping that they addressed the 2 issues I provided once we left

When I went to take a shower mud/rust came out of the shower head. Also the water never got hot. I complained at the office and they gave the number to corporate. Spoke to corporate and they are "going to call back." Other than the disgusting water the room was neat and clean. Old but clean.
