I reserved a non-smoking room with two queen beds for a family of four. At 1am, after an exhausting day, they gave me a room full of cigarette smoke that had one queen bed. It was a nightmare. So trashy and dirty. We all slept for a few hours in the one bed and left. Awful.

We stayed overnight to rest before our next travel day. The staff changed rooms for us when we complained the TV had no reception (don't judge 😊). The room allowed us the ability to shower & rest. Corners of the room had cobwebs but the sheets & towels were clean. It was just right for what we needed.

The gentleman at the front desk was great. He was very nice and informative. The room was nice, i do wish it had some drawers versus shelves for clothes. It is a older hotel but was very clean.

the staff was friendly and very helpful as it was pouring rain when we arrived and I was traveling with an 84 year old - they had us set for the 2nd floor and the rep moved us to the 1st floor which made things a lot easier for me -- the breakfast was clean and nice - hot coffee and you can make your own waffles - room needed a little TLC but I am hoping that they addressed the 2 issues I provided once we left
