I met the most beautiful people staying at the property , they are here not for a vacation or even , they are staying here due to housing shortages in the area and are the most kindest couple and I loved learning about kenora and Ontario from them . We became instant friends and will treasure those moments and I hope to meet them again im the future . The staff are beyond friendly any your love for pets are amazing to us you welcomed them with a little treat and a smile , we loved our short stay here and will definitely be staying here when we return here over the years . My children loved the peace we felt here . Thank you

Comfortable beds

The location is a little out to the way so driving is needed. The restaurant next door is only open from Thursday- Sunday. So if you are looking for meals you have to go further out from Monday- Wednesday. The facility is clean, and the bed was comfortable. I had several ants in my room - I informed the team and they said they would look into it and I am confident it will be dealt with. The walls are paper-thin - I could hear my neighbours’ conversations, and…their “activities” while I have was in my room.

Super 8 is always solid

I always have good experiences with Super 8 properties and Kenora was no different. The online check in and check out made everything so fast and smooth. The front desk staff were very friendly, gave us advice on places to eat and quickly brought a roll away cot to our room when I responded to the welcome text I received. Breakfast was a nice touch as always, a great way to start our active lake country day. The hotel was sold out but was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Room had a very bad smell also poor air circulation. put my shirt on in the morning and it was wet from the humidity ,absolutely would not stay here again ! No I would not recommend to a friend especially at the cost
