Comfortable bed

The bed was comfortable and the room was acceptably clean. The hallway needed a good vacuuming. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had and we spent over 30 nights in motels just this year. The sausage was inedible, and the coffee, well it would have made good highway patching tar.

Pros, clean, good breakfast, pool, sauna, hot tub, parking was great, easy check in. Cons, I requested a street level room when I reserved the room weeks before and that was not available. Why ask if you are not going to pay attention to a request. I had gear I needed to keep in my room that was heavy. I had to go downstairs with it. Then back up.

Everything was really clean but we did find a paperclip in our bed which was odd. The coffee was gone when we went for breakfast and was disappointed they didn't offer just regular half and half or gf options.

You can tell they have done a lot of great renovations on the property! The pool and game room are awesome if you have kids and the breakfast was good. The bathrooms are small and need some renovations but other than that the rooms are very clean and comfortable! I would stay here again!

The hotel is great location. Next to freeway, restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff is nice. The beds weren’t very comfortable but everything else was great! Would stay again

Nice hotel in Kennewick

Overnight stay for a soccer game. Checked in online so it took two seconds to grab out key and get into our room. Same thing with checkout, it couldn't be easier. The breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The area felt safe, and there are plenty of dining options close by.
