The staff is friendly and check-in is easy. The breakfast was simple and plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised when they had cherries one morning. The bedding was clean and the mattresses are soft. I liked that it is family oriented. Everything you need is in walking distance if you don’t have a car, and it is located next to a park and rec centre. Like some others have said, the carpet in my room needed cleaning, but this can happen in a busy, older motel. I’m sure they will take care of it, as based on other reviews this doesn’t seem to be the case in all rooms and their service is great. They really seem to want to do their best.

Satisfied with my stay except the staff did not mention we have to specifically request for room tidying service and we didn’t. So we were disappointed when we return to our room, especially no clean towel to use.

Great location, I like it’s away from the main strip so I found it very quiet plus there’s plenty of dining / shopping options near by :) I come to Kelowna several times a year and I will definitely stay again plus I’m impressed with the staff, very friendly and informative

Sketchy area front desk asked for 150$ damage deposit. One night 340$ ! But the room was like a cheap motel. Terrible bed . Expedia got this one wrong.

Nice clean property. Rooms and common areas are well taken care of. Awesome place to come with a family with lots of yard games that our family really enjoyed. We would defiantly come again.

Stairs were a problem for my knees. Some exposed to the weather as they were outside. A roof over some but not always. No problem till we had a vicious thunderstorm! Bathroom water use from next unit was loud, although not heard often. It can be very difficult to turn left out of the street the hotel is on. It is a 4 lane road, traffic lights either side of our road exit, and traffic can be stopped for a long time when light turns red, causing car line ups both sides making it very difficult to see traffic passing by from the right. To cross over to the right side of the road. Drivers take risks trying to cross between the lineups. Not much this hotel can do about it though. Rush hours are the worst so good to plan going out when less busy. It would be helpful if the hotel had a local map available for guests. They had a very good information looseleaf with relevant information about the hotel equipment and a couple ads on a few local restaurants and suggestiins for entertainment in the city. We left with a good feeling about our stay. Staff made efforts to please the guests.

We had high hopes based on some of the reviews, but our experience fell short. The biggest issue was noise — kids were constantly shouting and running around just outside our room, making it hard to relax or sleep. The room setup was also lacking: we booked for 5 people, but there weren’t enough towels or toiletries provided, which was frustrating. The lighting was poor, with only lamps available — no proper ceiling lights, which made the room feel dim and gloomy. Pillows were extremely worn out and flat, offering no support at all. Breakfast was another letdown. It was exactly the same every single day with no variety, which got old quickly.
