I stay at this location lots and always have a great experience. The staff was great considering there was lots of issues throughout my one night stay. A man entered my room with a keycard that was not for my room it was a scary experience. The staff issued new keys and apologized for the issue but it made me extremely nervous. The toilet wouldnt flush and the staff worked on it right away. There was also a fire alarm pulled in the middle of the night waking all customers up and had to evacuate to find out glass broke on the alarm making it go off. Finally there was a group of boys staying there that non stop were swearing loudly in the halls and calling people by racisal slurs, banging on thw doors and standing creeply outside the door to my room. I will be looking at over options as i would like to feel safe and i did not during my one night stay on Oct 25.

There was an issue with the room we booked so the hotel staff called us right away to let us know and gave us options for rooms we could move into. While the room we chose is smaller than the one we had booked it was lovely and perfect for a little date night get away!!

Front desk staff were super friendly and professional, hot tub and pool were super dirty. Hot tub water was kind of yellowish and the tiles and grout at the water level were scummy and had little spots of fungal growth. Whole pool and hot tub area needs a good deep clean.

My original room had a faulty toilet that was loud and noticeable immediately upon entering the room. When asked for a new room I was given a theme room that looked like something from the 1800’s with a four poster bed and a weird armoire that broke when I tried to open it to access the tv. Would not recommend. Will not stay here again.

The fitness room is terrible, with one working cardio machine, no free weights and 1 ancient weight machine. The hotel uses plastic disposable containers for all of its bathroom products. I had 8 items in my bathroom at the end of a 2 day stay. A they have roughtly 200 rooms, that would be 1600 plastic bottles being thrown out every couple of days. Terrible lack of interest in our environment by the Wyndham chain.

Back to the 1970s. Smelly carpet (!), old faucet in the tub/shower, tiny TV , even the Keurig coffee machine didn’t work… cleaners didn’t do a good job either. Won’t be back.

Multiple issues with the room. TV would not work properly even after staff tried to fix it. One of the staff said she remembered there was a problem with the TV, but obviously did not have it corrected. She did offer another room, but we declined. The door to the bathroom did not close properly and when forced shut, was difficult to open. After looking at the door, I noticed the screws in one hinge were loose. Easy fix, but regular maintenance should have caught that. Also, the pull up on the bathtub spigot (to get water to the shower head) was very hard to move in either direction, so quite a bit of force was required to get it to move (almost to the point I was worried the spout would break from the wall). From my perspective, a little preventative maintenance is in order.
