This villa is conveniently located only 400 metres from the beautiful and secluded white sand Pessada beach. The villa has all amenities required for families and groups of friends. The Villa is taken care of by a lovely and friendly local family who also live in the Village. Our pictures can do the talking. Details of recommended restaurants, dentists, doctors and taxis are left in a handy booklet to ensure you waste no time getting down to some serious eating, drinking and relaxing. You will love our hospitality, Our Villa and all you require to make a truly memorable relaxing and soulful vacation for you all. This Villa has been in the same family ownership since its construction in 2006 and is highly recommended to you as a premium accommodation ideally located and this is the first time the Villa has been made available to the public and is pristine and ready to welcome you.
At the southernmost edge of Kefalonia is located Pessada, a small village and harbor. It belongs to the region of Livathos, covering the southern part of the island and has 233 permanent residents, according to the 2011 census. Pessada is the port of Kefalonia that connects the island to the north coast of the Zakyntos, the port of Agios Nikolaos in Volimes. Pessada Port is only 500 metres from the Villa, the ferry to Zakynthos being located and departing from there. The quaint but quite spectacular and beautiful resort and beach of Spartia being only a 5-minute drive. Dine at the renowned Waterway restaurant and enjoy epic views of the crescent beach and white chalk cliffs. The Villa is a short 10 – 15 min from the newly rebuilt international airport and only a 10-minute drive from the Lovely resort and Beach of Lourdas where you can hire a small boat to explore the island, dine at one of many superb tavernas or simply relax on the beach and decide on your next move, drink, ice cream, swim?
