Villa Brio Exclusive is a seaside complex of 3 smartly designed, detached, self-catered villas with private pools, located on the coastline from Skala to Poros, Kefalonia.
The villas opened in June 2010.
The 2-floor Villa A & Villa B accommodate 6-8 and 8-10 guests in 3 and 4 bedrooms respectively, with one full bathroom per floor.
As per the biggest 3-floor Villa C, it offers accommodation for 10-12 guests in 5 bedrooms, addressed to larger parties.
Each villa boasts a spacious private landscaped garden and a large design pool (42 sqm) with superb views over the blue horizon of the Ionian Sea & the smooth coastline to Skala village. Also, in a few steps from the villas, the guests can enjoy diving into turquoise waters via a private wooden jetty into the sea...
The location offers the unique feeling of being 'away from it all' yet close enough to amenities: 150m to a 5* resort spa, less than 200m to a wonderful secluded small beach, about 1km to the nearest restaurant, bar, super market and about 2km to the famous long sandy beach of Skala & village.

As per Villa A, this 2-floor detached self-catered villa enjoys stunning sea views from all levels!
It boasts a spacious private landscaped garden, developing around the villa as a 'natural playground' for the kids. Stepping out of the living area to the garden, guests enjoy a shaded pergola with comfy dining furniture for 'al fresco' meals & chill-out gatherings!
A few meters away, the large private pool (42 sqm), surrounded by sun beds & umbrellas, invites you to numerous refreshing dives followed by lazy sunbathing with views of the blue horizon!
Also, in a few steps from your villa you can enjoy diving into turquoise waters!
At ground floor, further to a bright living & dining area, you find a fully equipped built-in kitchen.
Also, a full bathroom, which serves two bedrooms: one with queen double bed & the other with a comfortable adult-sized bunk bed for two (with possible extra bed facility/cot).
