Set in the lush countryside of Kaligata, Villa Atelihai offers a peaceful retreat for up to 13 guests. Divided into three self-contained apartments, it provides the perfect combination of privacy and communal spaces, making it ideal for large families or groups.

Apartments 1 & 2,Ground floor, each featuring a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom. Both have balconies with sea and countryside views.

Apartment 3, 1st floor, includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a twin room on a mezzanine. It features a new kitchen and luxurious bathroom (updated in 2023), a spacious living and dining area, and a full-length balcony with stunning views of the coast, mountains, and countryside.

Outside, you’ll find a large private pool, shaded dining areas, and beautifully manicured gardens with olive and citrus trees. The villa is just a 15-minute walk to the golden sands of Avithos Beach.

Villa Atelihai can also be booked in conjunction with Atelihai Retreat in a neighbouring olive grove where beautiful timber cabins Apollo and Athena rest comfortably in the landscape. Each is suitable for 2 people. This brings the total capacity at the property to 17 people.
