Booked in for one night but liked it so much we extended our stay to 5 nights. Clean, spacious rooms, outstanding staff service, super gym and tasty breakfasts. Excellent value for money.

Helpful staff. As we had an early morning flight we did not get to enjoy the great breakfast spread the hotel offers. However, the hotel offers a togo breakfast which was greatly appreciated. Overall a good transit hotel near the airport and Jimbaran beach.

Overall a good hotel for transiting. Right the beach (which gets lots of flotsam) and many seafood restaurants. Easy walk to the seafood market which one must visit. Hotel arranged shuttles for us.

Check in staff were courteous but housekeeping didn’t remove the rubbish placed outside the room only after the second call and many hours later. Location was great as it is facing the beach and a long stretch on restaurants. As it was monsoon, the beach was filthy with mountains of rubbish, make it very unpleasant. It has potential to be better to take the advantage of the location of the hotel.

The room itself was comfortable and well presented. However, the location is very misleading and not actually in the main Jimbaran area. There is nothing nearby apart from very poor-quality restaurants, and the surrounding vacant buildings attract dogs that bark throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. While the staff were friendly, only a small number spoke English and staffing levels were limited. The air conditioning was ineffective in both the room and common areas, and despite having a control panel, the temperature could not be adjusted. The pool is also very shallow, at approximately one metre deep. Additionally, there is an extra fee required when using Grab to enter the street where the hotel is located, which was not mentioned anywhere prior to arrival.

Nice hotel with spacious room overlooking busy street and the ocean on the background. One has to cross the busy street to get to beach, which unfortunately was very dirty and polluted, with lots of locals going about their daily activities. So we never felt like swimming in those waters. However what this hotel doesn't have in a form of a clean beach, it makes up by having beautiful rooftop bar/restaurant with life music and excellent, reasonably priced dinner buffet my husband and I enjoyed very much!

High quality hotel. Staff are excellent. Well trained. However, this hotel is NOT on the waterfront. You have to walk across the road to get to the beach. There is very little to do at Jimbaran. A long way from anything. We checked out 2 days early be cause of the location. The pools are only waist height. You can’t just walk down the street for coffee or shopping. Need to get a taxi for anything. One suggestion could be a daily shuttle into Kuta or Legian for shopping. Breakfast has a great selection , something for everyone. It would be nice to be seated for breakfast. We were left struggling to find a table.

A welcome treat after our flight to Lombok was turned back due to weather after a 30 hour travel day. The breakfast was exceptional and the so was the coffee. Great location!!

Needs to live up to its 5 stars

Aesthetically, it looks good. Views of the ocean were lovely. I paid for an expensive ocean front room and the toilet didn’t flush. Not ideal after travelling for hours. I wish I’d read the reviews properly as the toilet seems to be a regular problem for guests. Someone came to fix it but just told me to hold the button down, which I’d been doing. It would take 5+ times to flush a toilet, especially in a 5* hotel. When I moved to a different room, it had a faint sewage smell. The air conditioning wasn’t working either, it was like a sauna. The lights and sockets didn’t work in the bedroom, only the bathroom. I was only in the room for a short time because of a late check out but it’s still very basic to have lights working. The in dining menu was disappointing, and limited. For a large hotel I would expect a much more extensive menu and more vegetarian options too. They had more drinks than food. Lots of construction and outside noise which wasn’t pre-warned about.
