The shampoos and conditioner were not completely full, there was no hand soap and the bathroom sink had a leak, there were accessories for coffee in the room but no coffee pot. Definitely will not stay there again. No attention to detail in the rooms.

Disappointing

Very disappointing experience. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. Dirty latex gloves on bathroom floor. Extended wait for new room as the staff went to check if it was clean. Sign at front desk said pool out of order, breakfast unavailable. Even for an inexpensive room this was beyond bad.

Room was great except the bathtub. It had repaired wholes that had black surrounding them. I would not sit on that surface. Nor would I put children in it to bathe.

We had two rooms, one of the doors would not even lock. We were lucky we could go in and out the other door. The water ran rusty in the tubs every time we turned them on. The tubs did not drain well at all. The rooms were "newly renovated" but they forgot to finish the transition from the bedroom to the bathrooms. The pool was cold. When we shared our concerns with the front desk they offered us things from their front pantry store as conciliation. It is what it is.
