Personelin verdiği bilgiler yanlıştı. Rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce Roof 11’in geldiğimiz tarihlerde açık olup olmadığını sorduk ve açık dediler. Gittiğimizde restoran kapalıydı ve kapanacağı öncesinden belliymiş. Telefon ile bilgilendirme yapılırken Erciyes kayak merkezine shuttle ile transferlerini olduklarını belirttiler otele ait fakat transfer otele ait değil özel bir işletme ve ücretli ; ücretli olmasının da yanında shuttle bütün otelleri geziyor ve sizi araçtan indirip başka araca bindiriyor vs yarım saatlik yolu bir buçuk saatte gidiyorsunuz. Burada burada otel yetkilisinin shuttle için otele ait bir hizmet gibi sunup özel bir işletmeyle muhatap edip hiçbir sorumluluk almaması büyük bir problem. Biz araba kiralamayı düşünüyorduk shuttle olması sebebiyle vazgeçtik fakat tatilimizi zehir etti ve erken çıkış yaptık. Shuttle da diğer müşteriler ile de konuştuğumuzda yerli yabancı Dedeman misafiri olan ve diğer otellerden gelen diğer misafirler de aynı şeylerden şikayetçiydi; shuttle ı otele ait ücretsiz zannetmeleri ve dolaşmadan yukarıya çıkacağınız düşünmeleri.

Yatagin yaylari direk bele batiyor, carsafda ince oldugu icin gece dondup hastalandim. Bir gece kalip ciktik… fiyata göre asla kabul edilir bi otel degil…
