Business in katy

Generally good though no one was at rhe desk when i arrived. I rang the bell twice, no one showed. I had to knock on the employee only doir before someone came out to help me. Apparently another custimer i overheard had been waiting sometime for help with checkin. The room was comfortable. It was quiet and dark which made it easier to sleep.

Awful water pressure for a bath or shower. Pool was freezing, chose the hotel due to enclosed pool. Fridge froze everything. Only positive was the location. Definitely going to look at other hotels next time visiting the area.

I would not recommend this place to stay. The lobby, hallways and room smelled like cat urine. My room was extremely hot and humid. My blankets were damp and so was the chair on the corner.

I had read others’ comments about the smell & it really was bad in the lobby, dining area & by the elevator. I’m pretty sure it’s coming from the indoor pool area. You could still smell it in the room, but not as bad as downstairs. The staff were great & helpful but the smell was rough each time we’d come back. The location is awesome next to the mall, Dig world, but go get some scent spray for your stay.
