A really great small hotel with comfortable rooms and a central location close to the promenade and shopping and entertainment centers... professional and courteous staff at reception and in the dining room, especially Antony, who was happy to help with any request.

Incredible hotel at the heart of Thessaloniki The staff are lovely, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast with a buffet and a la cart menu is superb. I highly recommend staying at the Excelsior

Loved the location, right in the middle of action and everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. the rooms were very nice and clean, just a little small to walk around but not bad. Breakfast was with plenty of options. We would most definetely stay there again.

We have asked for the take away breakfast and it was our surprise to get in breakfast box boiled eggs, yogurt, butter and jam. Also some slices of bread and some fruits. We were wondering how we were supposed to eat it without any cutlery and how it we were supposed to eat boiled eggs in airport. I suggest providing cutlery if there is a food which can't be used without it and also boiled eggs is not a great option for early travellers to airport. I can't imagine how I would peel those eggs and how I would eat that without a salt and butter. I believe that hotels of such high standards can do better

Wonderful staff

The room and location of the hotel were both excellent. What made our visit though were your wonderful young staff. Reception and the valet were both amazing. Thank you.

The good - excellent location, courteous service, great breakfast. For improvement - maintenance is required for the bathroom door, an outdated but functional elevator.

Cutesy in downtown Thessaloniki

This is a small hotel in the middle of the city and close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. If you can, don’t bring a car.

This is a lovely hotel in the middle of Thessaloniki with easy walking to all the central area. The staff are lovely and helpful - overall great stay. Two small notes - firstly the rooms are small - we deliberately booked a Junior Suite, but it was not that big with a tiny bathroom, due to the building design. Secondly, some service was variable, such as at breakfast, when some items we unavailable, or needed refreshing - but minor points

Unique city hotel

Amazing small boutique style luxury and affordable stay in the centre of the city with great communication skill front desk and very friendly staff. Location is great for shopping & dinning options and steps to the water edge .
