It consist of 9 new maisonettes and operate since 2008. A family run hotel, situated in a land of 3000 sq.meters, giving its guests the home feeling, and in the same time enjoying the facilities and the comfort of a hotel.

Between the rooms and the sea view, a lush garden provides an elegant wooden barbeque, offering autonomy in summer lunches and dinners, a spacious place for rest and relaxation.

A path will give you a direct access to the golden beach of the hotel, a clean open sea, with sand and pebbles, where the guests find free sunbeds and umbrellas.

Free wireless internet, parking place, balconies and small yards in the garden with colourful tables and chairs that emphasize the joyful summer atmosphere.

Akrathos Houses’ rooms are divided into two types, A and B, and share the stylish new building.The facilities are in this way designed so as to offer their guests all comforts and the feeling of hospitable accommodation, when the calmness of the area, the sounds of the sea and the verdant area add to the sense of summer vacations. Modern, colourful furniture and textile, vivid couver lit, clean, bright, self catering and tidy studios.
It consists of two floors and is all equally furnished. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms** (one with a double bed and one with two single beds for children), a living room with a separate kitchenette, and two bathrooms with shower/WC on the upper and lower floors. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchenette is well-equipped, with an extractor hood, a coffee machine, a four-burner oven, and a large refrigerator.
The living room is furnished with two sofa beds, a dining table, and a 42" flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can access the approximately 10 sqm veranda with garden furniture, which overlooks the garden.
Cleaning/Linens/Towels: The maisonettes are lightly cleaned every four days, and the bed linen and towels are changed. A thorough cleaning is done once a week.
