Fokais Beach Apartment

In the picturesque village of Nea Fokea, with the Byzantine Tower and the taverns in the harbor, our holiday home is situated in a green village ideal for your summer holidays. The sea is 50m away and the village center square at 500m. Our place has been treated with our personal taste and with great love, offering the visitor an unforgettable vacation and experience.

The house is spacious with one room, a bathroom, a living room with two sofas-beds and two balconies, with the front looking at the sea. There is a fully equipped kitchen with home appliances (kitchen, fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle) and air conditioning in the bedroom. There is also a washing machine, wifi and a fire extinguisher in the house. A children's playpen and a wooden children's seat are available.

Fokais apartment is situated in an apartments complex full of families and welcome neighbors, with a large communal area and a bbq grill you can use. The access to the accommodation is without stairs and there are plenty of street parking spaces in the neighborhood. At about 50m there is access to the beach by stairs or by car. The beach is very friendly and suitable for families, there is a shower, a chemical toilet and deck chairs without extra charge.

In the evening you can enjoy a walk to the Byzantine Tower via a beautiful seaside path, as well as taste Greek cuisine either at the seaside taverns or at the beautiful picturesque Nea Fokea’s village center square, about 500m from the apartment. Around the square you can find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a patisserie, beach equipment, newspapers, a restaurant with cooked food, pizza, souvlaki and many others.

At a close distance are the beautiful village of Athitos (5 km) and the beautiful Sani (9 km).
