Η μη λειτουργία της όμως σε περίπτωση βλάβης δεν βαρύνει το καταλύμα. Απέχει 250μ. από τη Θάλασσα και 400μ. από το χωριό. Το συγκρότημα κατοικιών στο οποίο ανήκει διαθέτει παιδική χαρά και μπασκέτες. Η παραθαλάσσια Περιοχή της Σίβηρης είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά, αλλά και για ζευγάρια, καθώς διαθέτει ταβέρνες , εστιατόρια, Σούπερ Μάρκετ, οργανωνωμένες παραλίες και μη. 500μ από το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται το Αμφιθέατρο της Σίβηρης, όπου κάθε καλοκαίρι στα πλαίσια του Φεστιβάλ του φιλοξενεί πολλές Θεατρικές Παραστάσεις Αρχαίου & Σύγχρονου θεάτρου, καθώς και μουσικές συναυλίες με ξεχωριστούς Έλληνες καλλιτέχνες.
