Our villa recently renovated in a very convenient and much sought-after location, just a 5 minute walk away from the town centre and beach clubs.

The villa is laid out over three floors, is fully air-conditioned and has been renovated to a very high standard. It has a pool and jacuzzi pool with large sunbathing terrace.

Ground Floor of the Villa has a large living room and kitchen and 1 ensuite Single bedroom.
Second and Third Floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms with Spectular Sea views

The Pool area is quite big and has shady areas as well as provides a large area for sunbathing. There is also one jacuzzi connected to the main swimming pool and you will enjoy a relaxing time in one of the most popular area of Kalkan.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Well equipped villa with plenty of space for all. Location was excellent with restaurants and shops all within a short walk. We particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and outside area with it's amazing views.
