Bungalow is at Ladivali village in Karjat just 6 minutes drive from Karjat Railway station (east). An Auto Rickshaw charges Rs. 50 for a capacity of 3 persons. It is a very beautiful location and the Bungalow is in the midst of greenery…….Greenery and mountains are visible from all sides of the Bungalow. It is neat and clean and very airy.

The Total Area of the Bungalow is 1650 sq. ft. with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms :

Ground Floor.....consists of Big Hall, One Bedroom, Big Bathroom and Kitchen
First Foor..........consists of 2 Bedrooms, 2 Big Bathrooms and 2 huge Balconies
Terrace.......open terrace on second floor of approx. 500 sq. ft. is available for Parties, relaxation or some family gathering.

Following items are being provided in the Bungalow :-

Fully furnished Bungalow with 3 huge beds with mattresses, wardrobes, side tables, 2 Air-conditioners in 2 Bed rooms, 2 Geysers in 2 Bathrooms, Fridge, Washing machine, 3 Burner Gas Stove, Gas Cylinder, Microwave Oven, 5 seater sofa set, Teapoy. 6 seater Dining Table set, LED TV with 40 inches screen.

Mattresses will be provided for extra persons. Bungalow can accommodate 15 to 18 persons.

Lush green grass in both the Front and Back Gardens. Can be used for Parties, playing Games, etc.

Veg. & Non-veg. food is allowed.

24 hours Water supply available.
Separate Garden with Swings, Equipment for Children to play is provided. Seating arrangement in the common Garden for Senior citizens is provided.
