Nice place but lack of attention to detail

The place was nice but I think they should put more signs around the building and more info. Couldn't use the sauna because there were no instructions. Didn't have soap in the washroom or the kitchen. Kitchen had no sponge to clean dishes. There was also a loud beeping noise the entire first night in the basement (where Studio B is) which was kind of annoying but they fixed it in the morning.

Good

You have to know, the studioB is in basement. It is small, you don't have much space, but it has everything you need. It is clean and has a very good wifi. You must throw your garbage; towels do not change. It has a ski room.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement in Kaprun

Anreise nach 19:00 wird schwierig. Schlüsselübergabe war im Office in Kaprun. Davon wusste aber auch die Hotline von Hotel.com nicht. Am Haus sind auch keine Hinweise. Wir haben einen Gast gefragt.

اجراءات تسجيل الدخول يجب ان تتواصل معهم قبل وصولك بيوم او عدة ايام لأنه لايوجد استقبال بالمنشأه ، تفاجأت ان الغرفه فالبدروم ولا يوجد الا شباك صغير جداً فالسقف ، والسرير غير مريح جداً جداً ، الغرفه ضيقه. الغرفه نظيفه ، الحمام نظيف ، المطبخ متكامل ، رقم التواصل الموجود فالموقع والموجود ايضاً في قوقل ماب غير صحيح.
