You'll love its convenient location near the entry gates and within a 5-minute walk to the Island Market Grocery store, local restaurants, and shopping areas. You can also reach Disney's Aulani Resort, the Four Seasons, and the stunning Ko Olina Lagoon Beaches in just 7 minutes by foot. This family-friendly home is fully equipped with everything you need and offers 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. Take in the lush and peaceful scenery from the Lanai, the roofed patio that overlooks tropical landscaping. You'll also have access to the pool and BBQ areas, which are just a quick 5-minute walk away. But that's not all! **** Local laws require that a minimum of 30 days be blocked per booking, regardless of how long a guest stays. We understand that booking an entire month may not be needed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Additionally, the Homeowners Association requires that all bookings have a lease. We will send a message with the terms of the lease after booking. The State of Hawaii requires a 17.25% transient tax to be collected from every booking.
The only onsite security camera is located on the doorbell at the front door.
