I had a triple room that has a bath and shower in the bathroom and the basin in the bedroom. There is only shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall in the shower. No loose soap bar is provided. How do you bath or wash your hands in the basin? I requested my room not been cleaned to save the housekeeper time and effort When I went to ask the front desk for water, they grudgingly gave me 1 bottle and I had to almost grovel for a 2nd bottle.

Very clean and very central, staff is excellent and go out of their way to do anything for you.... the food is excellent especially their buffet breakfast... Gerrard their manager is very professional and very helpful, and will help you with anything you need done during my stay there.

Although the hotel is not close to metro but it is only several minutes walk distance. Room is clean and modern, there are many restaurant around this area.
