We were in white sands room 5904. I cant say enough good things about our concierge David and Cielo in our building. They were so helpful and made it easy to make reservations and information about resort. We thoroughly enjoyed every part about this resort.

I can say that the cleaness of the room was clean as often and neat. The staff were great from checking, guest services, to the dinning room and they were helpful to listen to your need and delivered. They were 2 agents that asign for expedia , David and ceilo were very good in what they do..I can conclude people and the family friebd were very frienldly.. one more thing in the future the hotel should provide transportation is a big resort.thank you.

Our experience at the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade thanks to booking through Expedia, which made our stay even more special. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a wide variety of restaurants and activities to enjoy. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. From the pools to the beach, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was both relaxing and lively, offering the perfect balance whether you wanted to unwind or take part in activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone considering a stay in the Riviera Maya!

The whole experience was absolutely magical. I payed for transportation from the airport to the resort and also back again on my checkout date. My driver, Rocky, was so kind and helpful. The welcome at the resort was warm and check-in was seamless and fast. I was offered hibiscus water and got my wristband before being whisked away via golf cart to my room. I was upgraded to a newly renovated room. Through expedia, I had the VIP Package which included access to all 5 resorts and a special welcome sweet treat and bottle of Chardonnay. My favorite resort was TRS, the adults only section. The infinity pool was so serene and the employees would wander around handing out surprise snacks which was a lovely and personalized touch. Oswaldo and julio, concierge employees, were absolutely fantastic! They assisted me with making dinner reservations, getting bingo tickets squared away, and answering general questions! Fabulous emoloyees!! The ocean was beautiful, the food scrumptious, and the employees were 5-star! I want to come back!

We had to change our 4 rooms 3 times within our 5 night stay. Each room has multiple issues with no phone service, old and rusty, bugs, smelling like mildew, tub way too high that had us have accidents getting out. Door locks and safe not working, bathroom outlets not working, very yellow dim lights throughout, refrigerator leaking! Anything else, yes. Too many crazy animals running all over the place that would take the food right out of your plates. Never going back there again! Oh and big giants water bugs walking around the rooms and Many mosquitoes in the rooms too! Food was not good either.

There are so many things. We had to change our room three times and I actually had to pay $1,000 upgrade for four rooms. The wildlife rats and raccoon monkey things running rampant all over including in the restaurants and in the lobby. Cockroaches the size of school buses. Absolutely horrible place I will never ever come here again and I suggest if you plan to you better think again. Also the staff does absolutely nothing to accommodate you. Do not stay here. Spend your good heart and money on a good place and read all the reviews before you come here. I assure you you will change your mind very quickly

It was our first time at a resort, so we didn’t know what to expect. Most of the staff was very nice, helpful and informative. We loved the ambience and the fact that there was carts to drive us to our destinations. The carts were convenient because we didn’t know where we were going a lot of the time, so they also helped by saving us time. They were very keen on keeping everything clean all of the time. We did get a room with 1 broken bed and the closet door fell off. We made several attempts to get these issues fixed, but didn’t seem important to anyone. The bed issue was important to me because good rest is part of a good relaxing vacation. The food was okay, not bad, but nothing special either. I was looking forward to having fresh seafood, but it was hard to find any… the options were very limited. Other than those two things, everything was perfect. It was a great stay, I will definitely go back.

The hoteal staff were attentive and carong from beginning to end. Very accommodating! The app for reservations is a bit misleading but the concierge at each lobby are very helpful. The servers at the restaurants provided beyond great customer service. We were surprised everyday with a treat from the person that takes care of the rooms. Sad to leave, but will be back.the food is fenomenal at the resyaurants and at the buffets! Entertainment needs a bit of work, But the beach parties are great...
