Woodsprings is basically extended stay but much modern and newly renovated at least for this property it is. You would expect for a hotel to have a kitchenette they would have kitchen appliances but they don’t. The much older lady who worked the night shift was not helpful whatsoever, walked by the front desk to ask for fork silverware and she said there wasn’t any at ALL. I go to my room less than 10 min later and called back to front desk to ask for any kind of utensils and she didn’t answer even though she and other guest or her friends were chit chatting when I went. About 5 min later she calls back and tells me only thing she can give me plastic butter knives. Other than that the morning shift was much more helpful and the building is really clean and feels very new

I liked the room. It was clean. New hotel. Staff very nice. The problem is there walls are very thin almost like zero insulation in between and you can hear Everything. I mean full conversations all night. When people close the door from downstairs and talk you hear it. Room was very comfortable but cant sleep well if you have people up at all as walls are thin. Would not stay again. But staff was great.

They used to have kitchen ware, now even plastic forks and plastic spoons are unavailable. Way more expensive than Marriott but Marriott has silverware and breakfast served with the reservation. Good place for people check in and sleep and go not a place to stay for long as it says “suite”

So sketchy, no ice machine, front door was locked had to be like called in just to check in. Room was fine I guess but when I tried to take a bath the light just kept turning off randomly and It wasn’t a motion sensor issue because it would turn off when I MOVED. It served it’s purpose as a room for the night but I’d tell someone in a heart beat spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere that doesn’t feel like a criminal might creep in through the window
