For the price, it wouldn’t have been a bad hotel. Room was very clean. (Dated too but that wasn’t a problem for me.) Major problem is when A/C kicks on, it is very loud, Lawnmower and jackhammer had a baby loud…right next to my bed. I brought it up to management but was told all of their A/C units are loud because they’re old. You could hear the A/C unit in my room from the hallway. Interestingly, I never heard anyone else’s unit. Management would not switch our room. We ended up turning off A/C when we were in the room. It was impossible to talk on phone, watch TV and sleep otherwise. Breakfast was lacking also. Muffins and cereal were stale. No protein options and cereal was all sweetened. No plain Cheerios! I suspect we were given this room because we booked through Expedia instead of directly with hotel. If you go to this hotel, do yourself a favor and don’t accept room #316!

Don’t stay here. I had a chewed piece of candy stuck to my sheets. Went to get new sheets from the front desk and the guy didn’t even know where they were kept. Also the workout room does t work. The ac unit is broken, elliptical doesn’t turn on and the handle is loose, the spin bike has a broken display and a broken seat, the treadmill has rusted handles, a missing speed button and will only go to a speed of 0.5. The breakfast bar is a joke.

For the most part our room was clean. When we arrived you could really smell the bleach/cleaning products. It was very strong. Breakfast was good; no complaints there. My main complaint is the floors in the room & bathroom. Whatever is used on the floors make them very slippery. We had to walk slowly so that we would not slip and fall. I am attaching photos to show how greasy the floors were. You can see the greasy spots really well in the mirror picture. In looking at the floor did spot a piece of trash under the head of the bed...not a big deal. The only other thing I didn't like was that they were trying to charge the payment on my card hours before I arrived. Luckily I had my card locked. When I called the hotel I was told they were making sure it was a valid reservation. I let them know payment would be made when I arrived at the hotel and that the reservation was valid. When I booked the room I chose the option to pay upon arrival. I do this at all hotels. Overall not a bad hotel.

Faucet sink didn't work correctly. Too many light switches that didn't do anything. The parking lot needs paving. Could use a curtain to close off sink area in business suite so people can use bathroom area and not wake others up.

The room was a bit small and didn't have a closet; but it did have a mini-fridge and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was ok but had limited selections.
