Our check in time was 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:00 pm. The front desk said our room wasn’t ready and to come back in 30 minutes. I asked if we could wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until our room was cleaned and ready. The woman working the front desk said that we could not wait in the lobby and must return in 30 minutes. I told her that was very weird because lobbies are for paying guests and she said that we COULD NOT wait in the lobby. So we waited in our car for 30 minutes. We went back inside to check in. Then upon check in, we learned that the pet fee was $40 per night, PER PET. With two small dogs, that was an extra $80 per night for the room. We were staying for 7 nights so that was over $500 extra for the week.!So we left. Found a much nicer hotel that welcomed us and only charged $87 one time per fee for the entire week. Bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have pets. I also wouldn’t recommend this place because they wouldn’t let us wait inside the lobby while they were cleaning our room. Very poor customer service.

This is a basic roadside hotel. Clean, friendly staff. Hotel itself is a cheaply constructed building, but on a road trip, we get what we pay for. Breakfast was disappointing

Room was clean and neat! Breakfast was a little downer. Waffles weren’t available because of a broken batter dispenser. Check out morning had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Nice place

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Just get multiple emails confirming my reservation, like 4 of the same thing. Breakfast was lacking as their was nothing but bread, pastries, cereal, oatmeal and waffles and we can’t do that much carbs for breakfast. But overall a good night stay.

Staff was unprofessional. Lobby was filled every night with intoxicated adults that were loud and inappropriate leaving scores of unsupervised children running through the hotel playing tag, jamming the elevator, knocking on people’s doors and running away. At one point it was bad enough calling the authorities was talked about. The woman at the front desk said it’s always like this nothing I can do about it. Room 119 was dirty with nasty stains on the carpet, musty smell. Breakfast was the poorest excuse for a breakfast that there ever was. Meager offerings at best. Dirty and dangerous would never stay there again

Staff wasn't that friendly. The bedding isn't too neat. The drains in the sink and the tub get backed up. We asked to have someone come to fix the sink drain, they said sometime would, but no one did. There's usually no one at the desk, and you hardly ever see housekeeping. Not sure how this place is rated so high.

From check in to check out the staff was not friendly or accommodating to myself or my family. He should never be served in the same tray as sausage as it is unhealthy as well as limits vegetarians to what they can eat. Emily and the other girl at front desk were not concerned with making the our stay a pleasant one.
