For the cost of the night we felt that $30 a night parking was way too much and it was a bit complicated to find and navigate. We thought it was closed when arriving because the gate was closed. We also missed the exit because the door there was closed too. Maybe that is normal for a city? No breakfast was offered for the cost of the room and we didn't see complementary coffee. Maybe we missed it? The hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. The main issue was that there were teenagers running the halls until about 11:30pm

I was charged a $100 pet fee, but I wasn't given a designated area to walk my dog, nor did I receive a dog bag. I was put on the 9th floor, so it was very inconvenient. It seemed unsafe to walk my dog in the evening, but I had to take her out potty. The room was not clean and there was something stuck to the carpeting that my dog kept trying to eat. I really feel ripped off .My son was able to pull it off the carpet, but it was disgusting. The bedding was dirty. Maybe because they aren't washed after every stay. It's terrible that I would have to pay to park at the hotel I'm staying. I left with a bad feeling about Marriott.

My children and I were here for a wedding. Apparently we didn't communicate very well prior to booking rooms, there was much miscommunication. The staff rolled with it, I was losing my mind and they made everything good. I needed that. Huge win!

This hotel itself is nice enough and we loved the location. However the woman who checked me in didn’t say a word to me. She asked my name and then handed me my key card and parking pass. The end. She didn’t welcome me, didn’t tell me my room number or address the wifi. She didn’t mention any of the food option I’m guessing the hotel offers, but most annoyingly she didn’t explain how the park garage works (you have to scan the paper pass they give you to get in and out of the garage- I tried my key card for a long while until I pulled the parking pass from my rear view mirror and figure that out) I don’t need the red carpet rolled out but I don’t feel like it’s asking a lot just to simply say “welcome, your room number is this and the wifi is such and such. Here is your parking pass, this is how it works….” The room itself was fine, but the hallway smelled like burning carpet. I will say the man providing the house keeping was very nice. He checked on us to clean our room and when we declined he offered towels and asked if we needed any soap or toilet paper. I thought that was very thoughtful and kind. We also liked the bartender. He was pretty busy but still attentive to everyone sitting in his area.
