i really appreciated that the hotel had my room ready early and also provided me with the extra roll-away bed in my room. Staff were always friendly too. I would definitely come back. My only note would be that i didn't really care for the scent of the lobby. It did not smell pleasant. Like a musty cucumber. blech.

Coffee maker did not work. Even if it did, there was only decaf in the pod case. The water faucet made a high pitch noise all night. Water pressure was very low. Bathroom needs an exhaust vent.

The room was dirty, not as pictured. Maid service didn’t come in the second day and empty trash or remove room service dishes. No parking. Loud outside, could hear people yelling on the street. Overall not worth the money. Was expecting so much better. Staff was very responsive when asked for extras like pillows and towels, that was the only plus.

Lacking amenities! No ice machines on the floors, you had to get ice from the front desk, and with only one attendant and two people in front of you on a Sunday morning in your pajamas…no! No lobby coffee, no vending, no microwave ovens. Room was nice, 5 star blackout curtains!
