Room was comfortable. Upon entering room after long flight delay, was met with a big pile of water from the mini fridge defrosting. 3 a.m. attendant offered to put some towels dien jntil maintenance person was able to fix the issue. It got fixed. No other issues. Brrakfast was varued

The best part of this property was the staff. They were so helpful, kind and quick to take care of any inconveniences / needs. Other than that, I was sadly disappointed in my experience. I had visited the Lenexa location a couple years ago and had the BEST experience from the breakfast variety, cleanliness, room layout, shower room: and thought this would be the same. It felt like two completely different hotels. I wish I could leave a five star, but there were too many inconveniences throughout our stay that made it feel like a motel.

Even though I guaranteed my reservation with a credit card I received a phone call at 9:30pm asking me what time I would be arriving. I was in town celebrating Easter wknd with my family and was in the middle of bowling. I shouldn't have been inconvenienced. When getting up in the morning to shower, I realized there were no bath towels at all.
