This property needs cleaning and maintenance. The hallway carpeting was coming off the floors and creating trip hazards and made the place seem shabby. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

I understand that they are renovating, but the elevator had a horrible odor. I had to cover my nose every time I entered. We had to request them to service our room. I don't need new towels or sheets every day, but it is nice to have a bed made. Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

The front desk was not necessarily the friendliest. She checked us in and gave us the room keys. The carpet in the hallways was uneven. The room seemed clean. The shower made this awful sound when it was on.

The room and bathroom were clean. I appreciated the chair, especially as I ended up sleeping part of the night in it because the bed wasn't good for my back. The blackout shades on the window worked great. Drawbacks for us were the bathtub. It had a very high side and was difficult for my husband and I to climb in. It was also pretty slippery, so we ended up laying a towel on the floor of the bathtub. The rain shower nozzle was wonderful though.

The room was fine, but the hotel must be being remodeled so the carpet in the hallways had bubbled in places. Additionally, the street or train noise was quite loud at night. Good breakfast in the morning though, and the staff was nice and friendly! The pool could use improvement also...It is what i expected for the price.
