I need of an update

This is as basic as a hotel could be. Condition of the common areas in the lobby and elevator are rough and show their age. To its credit the room I had was pretty clean. Far from any enjoyable stay but served its purpose.

Hotel is under renovation. Carpeting in hallways is somewhat rough and needs to be stretched out or replaced. But our room was fine, bed comfortable but a little noisy from the highway traffic. Shower faucet head was loose due to people kicking the shower off. But we enjoyed a good night sleep anyway.

Nice room

This was a nice, basic hotel room. Fridge was roomy, microwave worked fine. Internet was on the weak side. Beds and pillows were comfy. The shower was very noisy, tho, with a high-pitched whine. We took quick showers.

Finding someone who works at hotel was interesting. I wasn’t even sure it was actually open. It smelled like some food someone had cooked. It was creepy and the elevator had quilts hanging in the walls. Bed very uncomfortable

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly & accommodating. I will stay in the future when visiting family in Olathe. Thank you for treating us like family.

The whole hotel had an odd odor. The elevator sounded like it was not going to make it and had moving blankets covering the walls. The bathroom looked like it hadnt been clean throughly for a while. There was dust on top of the door and spots that looked like mud all over the floor. The breakfast was severely lacking. Our biscuits could have been used for hockey pucks. The only good part was the bed was semi comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were initially checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned. Went to front desk and were sent to a room that had broken furniture so then we were sent to a third room. That room had shower/bath fixtures that were not fully attached to the wall and our windows would not lock. Food at breakfast was good, but they had a hard time keeping the warmers stocked and they were frequently empty. Front desk was often unattended with a sign giving a number to call if you need assistance.

Loved the breakfast! Narrow hall into room made navigating luggage trolley difficult.No handheld shower head. Very deep tubs. Room was quiet except for teens screaming up and down the halls between 8-10 PM Very clean, comfortable bed.

The lobby was nice, parking lot was very well lit, the elevator on the other hand was a bit shaky and a little scary, but overall our actual room was a king sized bed and it fit my 16yr old daughter and I perfectly!! The room was lovely, had plenty of lighting, the bathtub was amazing!! Overall our stay was fantastic!!
