The hotel itself, the staff, and service were all great. The only complaint I had was the walls are kind of thin - could hear talking, snoring, luggage being dragged around, showering, etc from neighboring rooms.

It was a very nice room and relaxing. But the next time a youth hockey team stays there the parents need to control their kids better. There were kids running around all the floors yelling and knocking on all the doors. I went downstairs to tell the young woman behind the desk what was going on. She did her best to get the kids to stop but the parents where in the lobby eating pizza. The parents didn't care and laughed.

We had an amazing experience staying at the Fairfield Inn in Gladstone, Missouri. The staff are very nice in the hotel itself and the room was clean. The bed was a bit hard to sleep on, but it was great to spend time with my husband and a new city. We will definitely return to this hotel when we are back in Missouri.

No frills…..

This relative new Fairfield Inn suited our needs perfectly as it was a quick overnight due to a funeral. It was clean, quick, efficient service for check in and out. Minimal services needed. Breakfast was included, if you want more than yogurt and a hard boiled egg, I’d go somewhere else!

Convenient location

Clean and safe. Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast had good variety and was set up for easy either grab & go or sit down breakfast. ONLY complaint was in the shower, the Shampoo/Conditioner/Shower Gel bottles were mounted TOO high. I could barely reach them. Also, they were mounted directly under the shower head, so I got a face full of water while trying to reach product. I am 5’1” so please lower them. Otherwise, great stay!
