Kind of rundown and shady area with shady folks around. Would not recommend staying with your family. It was cheap and we were driving cross country so it met our purposes. Will not stay again when passing through KC.

Our stay was ok. The room had a strange smell when we entered but apparently we got used to it and quit noticing it. There was long brown hairs on the bed near the top which I just picked off the sheet. The breakfast was pretty typical and served its purpose. The real issue was when we were leaving, we saw cockroaches climbing on the cleaning solution containers in the maids cart.

Walking distance to the stadiums so that was nice. Good breakfast. No restaurants or pubs in the area for after the game, which would have been nice but otherwise we enjoyed the hotel.
