Horrible experince

We was informed it was NOT pet friendly. That's ok I rented the room for my sick husband and our 2 kids. I slept in car with our dog. Lady at desk snapped at me. If we catch that dog in the room. I said back to her the dog won't be in the room. We were never informed that we needed our card to get in the building after a hours so I got locked out and pissed my pants. The door on our room would not shut behind us we had to force it shut. Biscuits were hard gravy was disgusting. Was told manager would be in at 7:30 am when we went to desk at said time. The manager was at another property with an emergency how convenient. Customer service was even rude she would not help us til we were out of the room.

Property fairly new & nice ! Only concern I have is the in depth cleaning that’s going unattended. This will make property go downward fast. Example in room area of ours walls were heavy on dirty( a small wipe with towel would do). Hopefully the cleaning crew gets better to keep this property nice as long as possible.

There was burn holes in the comforter and the curtain. The ice container was soaking wet, along with the cups. The floor was sticky. There were gnats all over in the breakfast area.

Very expensive but disappointing- gnats filled the lobby and when I complained the front desk said they’d give me a swatter - yuck! The pool was so over chlorinated that as we sat and watched our kids our eyes were burning. i did spent 4 days without coffee, the machine was broken, and the place didn't bother to fix it or replace for the whole week the breakfast quality was the worst plus no variety
