Location is central to most attractions in KC metro area, easy highway access, safe area, plenty of parking. Parking lots could be cleaned more often, Staff are not accommodating, pool is never opened, And luggage carts are only kept in the lobby. Business Center has nothing in it but a desk. Pictures show a computer (doesn’t work), printer (kept behind the front desk and told to email the staff and they will print what is needed.)

An older motel. Clean, comfortable, but a bit seedy. Hallway light was out. Security latch on door was broken. Breakfast was pretty much standard and good, with eggs sausage, waffles, beverages, etc. Friendly staff. Pretty much worth the price paid.

When i arrived the first room door had been kicked in at some point so the door deadbolt didnt lock and there was no latch or chain lock, i was given a second room which had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I checked in at 7pm. Third room locked and was services. Cleanliness was sufficient, not great. Several othera had similar issues at my check in. Breakfast was very basic, but fine for free.

the hotel was terrible the secret deposit that was 3. times the room price that wasn’t disclosed. just 2 weeks before i stayed at the hilton deposit was 75 that baymont was 200 ridiculous. staff was rude . had animals and smelled like smoke so bad and my room was non smoking. never agin ….

The bathrooms weren't working on the lobby floor. The room smelled and plaster was falling off the walls. They also demanded a $250 deposit in case they smoked in the room. We are a cancer organization run strictly on volunteers and the cancer survivor and family we sent up there were treated terribly. They didn't even end up staying there and we need reimbursed.

Small a latter was left in my room. There were exposed wires in the bathroom ceiling. Was told we had a microwave didn't have one. Then told there was nowhere in the building we could use one. So I had to go to the gas station.
