+ Unauthorized EVENTS or PARTIES are NOT allowed. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for parties. The party will be broken up before it starts, your reservation will be canceled without a refund, and you will be charged $700 extra.
+ Please do not use the white linens to remove makeup
+ Please use make-up remover cloth. Stained towels or bedding will result in extra charges
+ Please make sure you grabbed all your items before you leave. There is a $75 fee to coordinate / ship left items.
+ Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
+ There would be a hazardous waste removal fee for any hazardous waste left behind.
+ Glitters and confetti are not allowed in the house.

Volleyball Weekend

We were in Kansas City for a 3 day volleyball tournament. We came from 3 different states to be together. Location was within a couple of miles of all we did. Everyone had their space but room for us all to be together too. Host was very accommodating. We had a great weekend!

Apart from the neighbours with the very loud outdoor camera, this is a lovely house for large traveling groups that need large beds.

Communication with owner/manager was good. He responds quickly. Home is convenient and walkable to shopping, entertainment. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely older home close to downtown KC

Great place for our family get together. High ceilings, very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Would stay there again.
