Family gathering

Family gathering for a wedding. We had some older adults that did have some difficulty with managing the steep stairs, but there is one bedroom downstairs. I think the home is well suited for a group of no more than eight Although the location was excellent for getting to where we needed to easily, the neighborhood is not necessarily a family, friendly area. Host was communicative and accommodating. Overall, we had a very nice stay

Great house for a group gathering

We had 3 couples stay here, and it was a great house for that. The house was clean and comfortable. Location to downtown KC was great. Highly recommend!!

It's a very nice place

We had a good time, didn't spend much time at the house but the little arcade machine was fun to play around on. the balcony was also a nice place to relax and swing in the hammock. overall its a solid choice.

Great little place.

The surrounding area could use some work but when you're in the home, it's clean and modern. There could be some things that need to be fixed like the stairs and some tiles upstairs were beginning to lift. There's also a weird thing where the two room upstairs that were next to each other, the ceiling fans conflict with each other when trying to use the remote controls. If you press it in one room, it'll effect the other ceiling fan in the other room. Otherwise, great place to stay. Note: if you are allergic cats, there tons of stray cats outside due to the cat lady neighbor.
