Located in a accessible, convenient neighborhood. Ideally located 5 mins from I-70 major highway access - you can get almost anywhere in KC in just minutes. Independence Square located just few blocks away.

Getting Around:
There are convenient transportation options available nearby. The Uber service is accessible, and there is a bus station located a few blocks down Truman Road, providing easy access to public transportation for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:

Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping inside the property. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes (vaping), or smoking any other substances is strictly prohibited.Smoke smells or other evidence of the above will result in extra fees.

Please be mindful of the noise you are making. Quiet hours start at 10pm.

Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security camera is in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No UNREGISTERED Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.


WE DO NOT HOST LOCALS without PRIOR preapproval. We have the right to refuse or decline any reservations for locals if the purpose of the stay is not communicated clearly.
