Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in front of the garage. Only one car allowed with this vacation rental. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Kulalani is a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We've stayed at several vacation rentals over the years and this was the best. They layout was perfect for our needs and the lanai and outdoor kitchen/grill was amazing!The kitchen had more than everything we needed with quality pots, pans and utensils. The beds and linens were also nice. We appreciated having some clearing supplies and laundry detergent and dryer sheets too! Overall the property was great and we couldn't recommend it more!

Facilities were well kept and clean. Pool area was dark in the evening, clean and well kept. Could have used a map to find our condo, we arrived late evening and unit numbers were not visible from the road. Had a great stay

Very Nice and Quiet Condo

This is a very quiet, spacious, and comfortable condo. We enjoyed preparing meals in the nicely-appointed kitchen. Bathrooms for each bedroom are gorgeous and very large. Early mornings were quite enjoyable spent sipping coffee on both the upstairs deck and the downstairs patios while listening to the various birds. Communications from the property management were very good, and we had a very pleasant stay. This is a superb choice for accommodations, and we highly recommended it.

Great Condo

The condo was comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. I would recommend this unit to anyone. The bathrooms are huge, and beds are comfortable, the unit was quiet and the patios were pleasant. The kitchen was well appointed and the beach chairs, boogey boards, etc. were key to a successful beach vacation. The pool is a great size with plenty of lounge chairs, a kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. There were people using it but not too busy. The facility was open late so we could hot tub under the stars. Just beware that The Big Island as a whole requires a lot of driving if you want to explore further than Mauna Lani. There are multiple beaches and restaurants within 10 minutes. I would recommend maximizing those and not needing to see everything. It is a beautiful and relaxing spot.

All but the little things

Clean, quiet comfortable. Irritating to find no instructions for LG tv, coffee maker, toaster air conditioning switches,and in wall music (if that’s what those controls were for. Also entry instructions were confusing because of big, cartoon checkmark on page. Previous locks always used # or * and we wasted time figuring it out.

Clean house, quiet neighborhood, great pool and easy access to great family beach!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was immaculate and had all the amenities one could need to do happy hour or cook a meal at home. Loved having the music system in the house. Enjoyed the lanai for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. Check in/Check out was easy and instructions were clear. Access to Mauna Lani Beach club was a major plus and pool in neighborhood complex was great, especially for kids! Short drives to fabulous resort restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner and shopping center for groceries. Would highly recommend to friends and would love to return sometime. Don’t fool yourself and stay at a expensive resort. Just pay for a day pass at the resort you like and save a ton of money by staying here at this luxurious townhouse. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to rent and to cleaning crew for doing a spectacular job. Aloha!
