クラッシックで心地よいホテル

建物自体は古いと思いますが、滞在したデラックストリプルという部屋はリノベーション済みで綺麗でした。また、隣接の温泉施設は宿泊者は入り放題も嬉しかったです。 ホテルの方も、皆さん気持ちの良い接客で、また遊びに来ようと思いました。 Though the building seems old, the room we stayed, Deluxe Triple, had been renovated and clean. You can go to the hot spring facility next door as many times. They know hospitality. We were quite happy with our stay.

リニューアルは部分的で清掃が不十分で設備も古い

連泊予定だったが2泊目はキャンセルしました。 ・客室設備：リニューアルした部屋だったのですが、変わっているのはベッドとその周囲だけ。水周りなどは古いまま。空調は一応個別設定になっているようですが、ほとんど効かない。「リニューアル」とは言えない。 冷蔵庫も小さく冷えない。工事の不備なのか天井に穴があいていたりする。 ・清掃：シーツに誰かの血液らしきものがついていた。部屋の各所に埃が積もっている。 ・大浴場：隣接する大浴場（外来利用もある）が使えるが全体的に古くて汚い、利用マナーも悪い。 ・朝食：スクランブルエッグ、サラダ、スープなどのほとんどが業務用。温かいメニュー（焼鮭、スクランブルエッグ、惣菜など）は乾いていた。サラダは変色しているものもあり乾いている。乾いても無くなるまで追加されない。 ・フロントなどのスタッフ：客室からフロントへの電話の方法も知らない。チェックイン、チェックアウト共に手際が悪く、行列ができている。
