Cancelled 1 hour before check in
The host was terrible at replying and communication in general. Our booking was cancelled on 1 hour prior to arriving in Kalgoorlie via Stayz email.
I was refunded, however Stayz did not assist with finding us alternative accommodation. I will not rely on stayz in future for accommodation and do not recommend taking the risk renting a property through this host.
