The Hotel was dirty, there was trash all over the stairways. The television wasn’t working, staff said maintenance would bring a remote tomorrow, and they never showed up. Kids were afraid to sleep in the beds. This was my worst experience in a Hotel ever. Expedia should be ashamed. This is when money should be refunded 100%.

The room had cockroaches very badly, and had a nasty smell.. I switched to another room and the bath tub did not have a handle so i couldnt take a shower and the white sheets on the bed had old blood stains on them!

Not ready to receive travelers! More of an apartment complex for vagrant's. The clerk had to check several rooms to find me a clean unoccupied room. Was not a chair in the room. Heater barely heated.
